How do I place an order?
Choose your products and size, tap Add to Cart, then go to the cart and check out. You can also use Buy Now to go straight to checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually change or cancel an order before it is packed and dispatched.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm delivery to your address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges, and any free-shipping offer, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Payments are processed by secure payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
Product Information
Where can I find ingredients and allergen information?
Every product page lists its ingredients, allergen and dietary information in the Ingredients tab, taken from the product label.
Which pack sizes are available?
Available sizes (for example 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg) are shown on each product page and product card. The price updates when you choose a size.
Shelf Life & Storage
How long do the products last?
Shelf life differs by product and is listed on each product page and on the pack.
How should I store the products?
Follow the storage instructions on the product page and pack. For most snacks and podis, keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a food product?
For hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will make it right.
How long do refunds take?

Do you take bulk or corporate gifting orders?
Yes. Tell us the products, quantities and delivery date through our contact page and we will get back to you with options.
